Do It Yourself: Democracy and Design. Special issue JDH.
This
special issue of DIY covers different manifestations and connotations of this
alternative cycle of production and consumption: from Punk Fanzines to shelters
during WWII. The introduction emphasizes this variety of implications
and highlights the democratic value of DIY.
